Description
Drawing on Lean UX and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), this framework comprises the four phases of (1) Declaration, which focuses on problems, causes, user stories, and acceptance tests; (2) Creation, which deals with players, game mechanics, stages, actions, and triggers; (3) Execution, when engagement occurs and feedback is received; and (4) Learning, when activities geared toward the achievement of KPIs are measured and analyzed.
