Description
This framework describes a player-centered process for designing gamified enterprise software. It involves the sequential steps of (1) defining the Mission, (2) understanding potential players’ Motivation, and (3) applying appropriate game Mechanics.
In developing and using the gamified system, it is necessary to successfully (1) Manage the program’s Mission, (2) Monitor players’ Motivation, and (3) continuously Measure the Mechanics’ performance.
